Best Bride Beauty LTD – Terms & Conditions
1. Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions, the following expressions shall have the meanings set out below:
“Stylist” refers to Best Bride Beauty LTD and any stylist, assistant or team member working on its behalf.
“Client” refers to the person responsible for making the booking (usually the bride) and, where applicable, members of their bridal party.
“Event” refers to the wedding or occasion for which services are booked.
“Trial” refers to a hair and/or make-up trial appointment carried out prior to the Event.
“Booking Fee” refers to the non-refundable deposit required to secure the Event date.
2. Securing your wedding day

To reserve your wedding date exclusively in our diary, a £50 booking fee is required.
This booking fee is non-refundable and non-transferable and ensures that your date is held solely for you, with no other wedding bookings accepted for that day. -
The booking fee will be deducted from your final balance.

The remaining balance is due one (1) week prior to your wedding date. A detailed invoice outlining all services and costs will be issued ahead of this date.

By proceeding with payment of the booking fee, you confirm that you are entering into a contract with Best Bride Beauty LTD and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
3. Pricing & Payments Schedule
Payments are to be made in 3 easy steps.
1. Reservation – £50 To secure and book the date. (This amount is deducted from the final balance.)
2. Bridal Preview / Trial £150 – To be paid and cleared 1 (one)week before the trial appointment date.
3. Final Balance – To be paid in full and cleared 1 week before wedding date

The pricing quoted at the time of booking will be honoured and any general price changes between the time of booking and your wedding date will not affect your agreed fee for the services booked.

A minimum of package 2 or above is required on all Saturday weddings.

After confirmation of booking if you would like to upgrade your package add further members please let me know as soon as possible, (at least 8 weeks prior to your wedding date) so any schedules can be amended with plenty of notice. Once booked packages are not able to be reduced in any circumstance.

Additional makeup services cannot be requested on wedding day due to the amount of time allocated per person ahead of your ceremony.

If the bridal party number changes for any reason on wedding day, payments are still non-refundable.

I will do my best to avoid requiring an additional artist where possible, but on larger bridal parties with earlier ceremonies an additional artist will be required. The fee to book and secure an 2nd artist for your entire booking is £60.00 per artist.
Failure to make payment within the specified timeframe may result in cancellation of the booking, with the Booking Fee forfeited.
4. Trial Appointments
1. Trial appointments will be paid on a day.
2. Trials are subject to availability and are typically held at the Stylist’s studio unless otherwise agreed.
3. Additional Trials are charged at the full Trial rate.
4. Trial appointments cancelled with less than **72 hours’ notice** will remain chargeable in full.
5. Client Responsibilities & Allergies
1. The Client is responsible for informing the Stylist of any known allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions or skin conditions affecting themselves or any member of their bridal party **prior to the Trial or Event date**.
2. The Stylist accepts no liability for adverse reactions where such information has not been disclosed in advance.
3. A Trial is strongly recommended to minimise the risk of dissatisfaction or delays on the Event day.
6. Image Usage & Marketing
1. The Stylist reserves the right to photograph or record completed hair and make-up work for portfolio, website, social media and marketing purposes.
2. If the Client does not wish images to be used, this must be communicated **in writing prior to the Event date**.
7. Travel & Additional Charges
1. Travel expenses, congestion charges and parking fees may apply depending on location and will be charged at cost.
2. Early start fees may apply for start times before **6:00am**.
3. Where additional stylists are required due to large bridal parties or time constraints, an additional fee per stylist will apply.
4. If preparation is split across multiple locations, additional set-up or relocation fees may apply.
8. Minimum Spend
For peak season bookings, weekends or premium dates, a minimum spend may apply. Where applicable, this will be communicated and agreed in advance as part of the booking confirmation.
9. Changes to Booking
1. Any changes to services, timings, locations or number of clients must be submitted **in writing** and are subject to availability.
2. Reductions in the number of services after booking confirmation do not reduce the agreed total cost.
3. Changes made within one (1) week of the Event date may still be charged at the originally confirmed amount.
10. Cancellation by the Client
1. If the Client cancels more than **four (4) weeks** before the Event date, the Booking Fee will be retained.
2. If the Client cancels within **four (4) weeks** of the Event date, the full outstanding balance remains payable.
3. Any expenses incurred by the Stylist up to the date of cancellation must be paid by the Client.
4. All cancellations must be submitted **in writing**.
11. Cancellation by the Stylist
1. In the unlikely event that the Stylist is unable to attend due to illness or circumstances beyond reasonable control, reasonable efforts will be made to arrange a replacement stylist of similar standard.
2. If no suitable replacement can be provided, all payments received for services not rendered will be refunded.
3. No further compensation shall be payable.
12. Force Majeure
The Stylist shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, transport disruption, government restrictions or acts of God. Clients are strongly advised to obtain wedding insurance.
13. Time Delays & Safety
1. The Stylist is not responsible for delays caused by other suppliers, guests or members of the bridal party.
2. Clients must ensure all members of the bridal party are ready and available at the agreed times.
3. Children must be supervised at all times. The Stylist accepts no responsibility for injury caused by failure to do so.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of **England and Wales**.
